Our Story
When Tom Richardson founded Triangle Refrigeration in 1970, it was a one-truck refrigeration shop in Fall River. Over five decades, the Richardson family grew it into a full-service mechanical and electrical contractor with 35 licensed technicians serving thousands of homes and businesses across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Today, Triangle handles heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and generator services — all under one roof. That means homeowners make one call instead of three, property managers deal with one vendor instead of four, and general contractors get a reliable sub who shows up on time with the right crew.
Tom’s son Ryan now leads day-to-day operations, bringing the same commitment to quality and customer care that built the company’s reputation. The team includes estimators, field supervisors, and technicians who’ve been with Triangle for decades — because when you treat people like family, they stay.
