One Mechanical Sub for the Whole Project
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration from a single licensed contractor. We hold the schedule, pull the permits, and fabricate duct in our own shop. One sub to manage instead of four. Serving general contractors across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island since 1970.
Full Mechanical Scope
One contract covers heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration. Fewer subs to coordinate, fewer gaps where scope falls between trades.
We Hold the Schedule
Our crews show up when the build needs them. When trades overlap, they are already on the same team, so the rough-in does not wait on someone else’s calendar.
Permitted and Inspected
Licensed across every trade we run. We pull the permits, coordinate inspection, and keep the paperwork clean so your project timeline does not stall.
Scope We Cover
Rebates & Incentives: Up to $9,500 in Massachusetts, $150 to $1,000/ton in Rhode Island
Why GCs Work With Triangle
In-House Electricians
Most HVAC installers sub out the panel work. That means two companies, two schedules, two invoices. Our own electricians handle the panel work. One company, one invoice.
Mass Save Participating Contractor
We know which systems qualify, what documentation the program requires, and where homeowners usually lose money by picking the wrong equipment tier. We confirm your eligibility before you spend a dollar.
55 Years. Not a Startup.
Rebate money brought a lot of new companies into this market. Triangle has been at 425 Pleasant Street in Fall River since 1970. When your compressor needs warranty service in 2030, we will still be here.
Four Trades, One Company
Getting a mini split and notice the water heater looks rough? Want a generator quote while we are there? Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration. One call, one truck, one bill.
General Contractor Questions
Can Triangle handle multiple mechanical trades on one project?
Yes, that is the core of what we do for GCs. Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration all come from one licensed contractor on one contract. For a general contractor, that means one sub to schedule and one invoice to reconcile instead of coordinating four separate trades that each blame the other when something slips.
Do you pull permits and coordinate inspections?
Yes. We are licensed across every trade we run, and we pull the permits and coordinate inspection for our scope. Keeping that in-house means the mechanical work does not stall your timeline waiting on a sub to file paperwork. We have worked with building departments across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island for decades.
Can you fabricate custom ductwork on tight timelines?
Yes. Triangle fabricates sheet metal in our own Fall River shop, so custom duct for a retrofit or a non-standard mechanical room gets made the same week instead of ordered from a wholesaler. That keeps the rough-in on schedule when the layout is anything but standard.
What size and type of projects do you take on?
We work commercial and residential projects across southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island, from single-trade scope to full multi-trade mechanical packages. The best way to find out if we are a fit for your build is to send the plans. Request a quote or call (508) 501-7424 to talk scope.
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes, and we have been since 1970. Triangle carries the proper trade licenses and full insurance for commercial mechanical work, and we provide certificates of insurance for your project file on request. Every tech on the job holds the license for the work they perform.
How do you handle scope that crosses trades?
That is exactly where the four-trade model pays off. A gas line that feeds a rooftop unit, electrical that powers the mechanical, a condensate line that ties into plumbing, all of it is handled by one company. No coordinating three subs and hoping the hand-offs line up. One crew owns the crossover.
Ready to Get Started?
Whether you need an emergency repair, a new installation, or a second opinion, Triangle is here to help. One call handles it all.
